is a guarantee of all company procedures and demands high standards of quality, from the arrival of an order right through to the consignment of merchandise to the client.
All our articles undergo two separate controls; automatic and manual: automatic for the quality and mechanical functions and manual/visual for the aesthetic aspect, always supervised by a quality control manager.

  

AFTER SALES
W
e are always here to assist our clients. Should any problem occur after the consignment of the merchandise, FAOR will substitute/replace any defective merchandise at its own expense. FAOR must be notified before 15 days from the receipt of the package, and approval must be reached by both parties with written and confirmed documentation.
We also carry a stock of the majority of our articles, ready to fulfil urgent requirements or last minute orders and additions.
